Vinyasa Yoga

Are you ready to get sweating again with another workout post. For today I’ll be sharing with you a favorite workout of mine which I have been doing for the past 2 weeks. As you can probably guess from the title it’s Vinyasa yoga. I’ve always been an avid yoga lover and after coming across a interview of Cote De Pablo talking about her love of Vinyasa yoga it just had to go on my list of workouts to try. And I’m so glad it did because it has quickly become one of my all time favorite types of yoga.

I have only been doing Vinyasa yoga for 2 weeks, keep in mind not even everyday just 4-5 times a week for half an hour, and I can already feel such a difference in my body. My whole body’s gotten more toned, my legs, stomach, arms, butt, back, everything. Also my upper body strength has improved so much from what it used to be. Which was basically nonexistent. I feel more stronger and I love it!

As with every exercise don’t forget to always start at the beginner level and work your way up. It’s better to progress over time then head straight to the level you feel your “suppose” to be at and get injured. So down below I will list the beginner video I did plus a few more more harder videos of Vinyasa yoga routines.
